To optimize our patients and our time, we schedule all appointments with medium-long sessions, since the beginning, based on the needs and the agenda of each patient. To ensure excellent services, every appointment is scheduled for a longer time than required. Therefore, we request to comply with the time given.
Cancelled appointments represent an issue and a cost for the clinic, therefore we kindly ask you to warn us at least 36 hours in advance. To do so, just leave a message on our answering machine.
Our clinic is always appreciated for its timeliness; the average waiting time in our waiting room is 3 minutes. We value our patients' time, and we are sure they do the same with ours.
